A recent addition to our many fitness classes is our exercise area; equipment includes two elliptical cross-trainers, exercise bikes and a treadmill. Most of our exercise classes including aerobics, bone building, yoga and Tai Chi require pre-registration, but repeat on a 6-10 week cycle so that newcomers can quickly join our programs. Also, be sure to stop by our health clinic! We have a registered nurse on duty from 10-3 Mon.-Thur. to discuss any health concerns you might have.
