HeartWell: Preventive care and Managing Disease- Heartwell is a partnership of Suburban Hospital and Montgomery County Senior Programs. The hospital sponsors a cardiovascular care nurse and wellness lectures at Holiday Park. A HeartWell nurse (Jamie Borns) is available Monday through Thursday from 10AM to 2PM. for consultation and to help communicate with doctors about symptoms or medications and to address personal concerns. For more information, call the center and ask to speak with Jamie, the cardiac-care nurse.
