HeartWell: Preventive Care and Managing Disease – HeartWell is a partnership of Johns Hopkins Suburban Hospital and Montgomery County Senior Programs. The hospital sponsors a cardiovascular care nurse and wellness lectures at Holiday Park. A HeartWell nurse is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for consultation, to help you communicate with doctors about symptoms or medications, and to address personal concerns. For more information, call the center and ask to speak with the cardiac-care nurse.
